Dear Operators,

Today we removed the Booking Fee and Settlement Fee columns from all weekly email reports.

We found these figures to be inaccurate in a large amount of scenarios
e.g.
until as recently as Aug 14th 2013 there was no way to tell who had paid for the booking fee in a refund, making the settlement amount inaccurate.

We may bring them back, or more likely we will provide a link for each order to full details on the Clients area of the website.

We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience, or at least not nealry as much as the inaccurate fees did!
