Refunds in Clients area

Hello again,

Its been a busy week!

We've just released Refunds for Operators, so you can make refunds to your customers yourselves in the Clients area http://clients.bookconfirm.com

See below how easy the process is:

  1. click on 'refund order' in Dashboard
  2. ..or click on Refund This Order in order detail view
  3. Then choose options, and make your refund
