Recently we've completed testing of the new Bookconfirm Admin, now we would like to start moving everyone off the old http://clients.bookconfirm.com login, and to the new http://admin.bookconfirm.com area.

LOGIN NOW AT http://admin.bookconfirm.com
(user / pass, use the same email / password that you use to login to the clients.bookconfirm.com area)

We have an online manual available here http://manual.bookconfirm.com, please read this before contacting us for support on using the new admin.
(there is also a link on every admin page 'help & manual' in the top right corner')

 

The new admin will let you update:

  • prices and availability (similar to the old clients area)
  • text and images
  • discounts
  • pickups
  • add & hide products
  • changing booking dates
  • + much more, we will update you as we roll out new features

In the Admin you will find these areas:

  • Dashboard, snapshot of sales, latest bookings, arrivals etc
  • Bookings, shows all bookings / refunds for any date range, and show individual orders + make refunds
  • Operators, your client details as setup in our system
  • Outlets, your sales outlets, some operators have more than one
  • Reports, sales reports, gift vouchers
